Aucéane Roux

Aucéane Roux is a filmmaker based in Montreal, Canada. Having moved to the city for her studies, she holds a degree in filmmaking from the École des médias de l’UQAM. She directed the short film Le vent du sud (2021), which won the Best Emerging Film Award at the RIDM. She likes to explore the relationship between space and time and this is what led her to explore the realities of a flooded village.
