Anthony Coveney is a young director from Longueuil, on Montréal’s south shore. He studied film at UQÀM from 2016 to 2019, during which time he shot a number of music videos. He has made several short films that garnered acclaim on the festival circuit, including Fuck Les Gars, UZEMI, and Qui part à la chasse. He served on the jury for the RIDM student prize in 2016 and the Émile-Cantillon prize at the Festival International du Film Francophone de Namur in 2019.
